HOW TO USE THE SPIRITUAL GROWTH KIT

Try this exercise as often as you like - Choose 1 to 3 cards from the deck to meditate on throughout the day. Write, in your journal, what the sayings on the card(s) mean to you specifically.

1. What are your initial thoughts when reading the cards?
2. What emotions do the sayings bring up for you?
3. How can you apply the sayings to your life or current situation? 
4. How might these things enhance your life or current situation?
5. Read the reference scripture and surrounding scriptures in your Bible for further context and to gain a deeper understanding.
