  • I make journals/stationery items. How can I get my products on your site?
    If you are a maker and believe your products would be a good fit for our company, please contact us at sales@writemindstudio.com for more information.
  • Is the Write Mind Studio only for people who need help with positive thinking?
    No. The Write Mind Studio is for those who want to transform their minds and think more positively, but it is also for those who are looking for a community of like-minded people who want to shine a light on others and to make a difference in the world around them. If you have already transformed your mind, you can offer someone else in our community some insight and encouragement. We also offer stationery products and books for the more advanced person who is further along his/her journey.
  • Can I sell my book on your site?
    We are grateful that you believe The Studio to be a good fit for your book. Our team will gladly review your work and consider it for our store. You may send a copy of your book and contact information to the following address: Write Mind, LLC P.O. Box 498314 Chicago, IL 60649 *Please note: We will not be able to return the copy of your book to you, after you have mailed it to us. If you would rather send the manuscript and photos of the book cover, we will accept that as well. 
  • How long does it take for my submission to be reviewed?
    Our team does their very best to read through all of the material submitted. Because we care a great deal about the content that we publish and present to our audience, it may take us 2 to 4 weeks to get to your submission. As the volume of submissions increase, the time frame will be extended. Don’t worry. If our team thinks your submission is amazing, you’ll be hearing from us.

Shopping Questions

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Sometimes. On occasion we offer free shipping as a promotion.
  • Do I have to create an account to place an order?
    No. You do not have to create an account to make a purchase. You may checkout as a guest. If you would like to save your contact, shipping, and payment information for faster checkout the next time you visit, you may create an account.
  • How can I be notified of new products, promotions and discounts?
    You may sign up to receive email communications from The Write Mind Studio. We will send updates on new items available in the shop, promotions, discounts, and more.
  • Can I use the same coupon more than once?
    Most of our coupons are for one-time use only. However, some coupons may be able to be used more than once.
  • Can I use more than one coupon at the same time?
    No. At this time, you may only use one coupon per order.
  • What should I do if my coupon code isn’t working?
    If your coupon code isn't working, give us a call at 312-380-1474, and we will happily assist you with placing your order and redeeming your coupon code.
  • Are all items in the shop handmade?
    No. Most journals are handmade, but not all items in the store are handmade.
